What personally think is better? In the Canon Rebel XT or Nikon D40? What objectives should I buy?
I read that the goal The kit is useless. I am on a point and shoot now. For anyone using the Canon Rebel XT, the Nikon D40, or both (preferably) what they think? What you personally feel is the best? Both rooms are in my price range. I would also like to know what kind of lens should I buy? This is what normally photograph: pets (dogs, cats, birds), fish (aquarium and a Fish Pond), wildlife, flowers, nature. Sometimes, we draw further and blur out with my P & S. I want something I'll wait to see a picture in a magazine. I took pictures very well with my P & S, but I get up. Any input from the camera in what I buy is very popular (so that the lenses have to save ..)! I leans more towards the Nikon, too. Pro / con comments are good. I read these in photo.net and so on dpreview, but I want personal comments .. Pictures would be great!
I like the Nikon D40. I've always liked Nikon products, and let me tell you why I think you should get one: organizations DSLR entry level are relatively the same. They have some differences, and perhaps one or two megapixel difference in resolution, but are very similar and can not go wrong with either. However, buying a Nikon others (such as Tamron and Sigma). There are few exceptions, but this is not the issue. In any case, lenses. You will achieve an objective of the well with the D40 kit, you will continue to use Crazy 18-200mm zoom and so wonderful, and although they are convenient, while taking good photos, do not take great pictures. Pros lenses recently, but the first without any kind of zoom (and without distortion, whatever). If I had to buy lenses, as a beginner (or today for that matter) would be the Nikon f/1.4 50mm. 50mm everything is perfect in the first and great for portraits (for pets, too), and this goal is extremely fast. You will learn about apertures and lenses later, but trust me: f/1.4 is fast. You will find it very useful in low light if you're photographing pets who does not stay in place, and the images are blurred and less. If you love birds, you will need a telephoto lens. As a beginner, you certainly can not afford a fast telephoto prime, but I'd make a good zoom hours at a focal length of 300 mm. Birds are hard to find so you may want to invest in a teleconverter good too. They are no substitute for a real purpose but to make your goal much longer (2x Change Teleconverter 300mm to 600mm). I prefer Nikon because I like most Nikon lenses. However, if you love photography, you will happy with either. But do not skimp in his glasses, and still experience and enjoy! Edit: Oh yes, Live View and that's not all, it is painted. This is NOT the same as using the viewfinder, is delayed by the camera, and eats batteries. Do what the professionals down over a hundred years and use the viewfinder.
