Aquarium Light Hood said that 20 Watt Bulb that is more watts I can put in it?

I know this might be a stupid question, but I do not know much respect. I fish, but I want to use living plants which also require more watts more light.

The fixture is evaluated for no more than 20 watt bulb. A higher wattage bulb would not be safe to use as a hot accessory.
