Fluval Filter 304 is a filter enough bottle to a tank of 120 gallons.?

Trying to spend 60 to 120 gallons and have concerns about filtration and water circulation. Malawi Plan and housing are not sure whether I should update the flight. The tank came with an Under Gravel filter, but do not know how they work. Should I add another filter cartridge or filter to the kitchen? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
