Chemi Clean

What can I do to help clean an aquarium with calcium Haze caused by an imbalance between alkalinity?
My 20 gallons reef height-to-be (no corals, Live Rock alone, the cleaning crew and two true percula so far) is very cloudy. Originally (I sent a question yesterday), I thought that Calc KLA was high and low, but I test incorrectly: / After appropriate tests and repeated with another brand, these are my settings: 0 ammonia 0 nitrites and nitrates, calcium phosphates undetectable 440 pH 8.1 Alkalinity 14dKH Water is very blurred due to rainfall in the balance. I have a filter head working out of bed right now with Only vacuum filter floss, but does not do much. Is there something I can do or any product that you can use to help? I have heard of Chemi-Pure Elite. Product description indicates that it works for phosphates, silicates, and more. Help much appreciated:)
Assuming that the disturbance is actually caused by a deficiency in calcium precipitate, settle by itself or be removed by mechanical filtration in a few days. Chemi-Pure primarily removes dissolved (invisible) material. It is not designed to remove calcium, because it would be highly desirable in a reef aquarium. If the filter thread is using does not seem to help try to change it from a physical medium minor porous filter such as "Foam Filter end "or" polishing "filter cartridge (I'm not sure what we are made, but it seems that the paper or polyester fiber or something similar).
