Is there a fuse in-line pumps the frame rail fuel?

My car is a 1990 S F150 Cab 5.0L V8 with dual tanks. I try to know if a fuse in line because I found an open circuit in a cable behind the lever of the fuel tank. I have now corrected and the truck just cranks, nothing more. So did a test on the operation of the fuel pump continuously with the engine off by fuel pump in the DLC connector. This test also failed. I also checked the inertia switch which proved be good. I took a voltmeter and checked for voltage at the fuel pump. I have nothing there. I'm running out of ideas. The opinions and ideas very appriciated.Thanks. I checked the fuse box and fuses there fuel system. There would only a fuse for a 7.5L diesel.

The fuse is usually in the fuse block, … Or you can try the fuel pump relay under the hood. Or a thing called CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module). I do not know exactly where in his truck.
