Why my Foam Filter in my aquarium ten gallons turning Pink?

I have a ten-Gallon Aquarium. I recently changed the rocks and decorations. It has a filter that blocks the back. The filter has a piece of charcoal and a little moss. I have two years. As I re – the foam becomes pink. I cleaned the aquarium and change the filters twice, but the foam continues to turn pink.Why? Thank u Mark. I changed the filter and clean the tank twice during the last two weeks. The filter is not pink, is solid, almost pink. The food I feed them is not different from I am fed over two years. As nitrates or ammonia do that? I put drops in the water I put in the tank.

This could be a number of things. One reason is that it could be the food you eat fish until it accumulates in the filter. Or it could be a species of algae that grows in the filter. Or it could have been decorated. some particles outside the decoration may have gone out and was sucked through the filter. That's all I think right now. But I can not think of anything that is false for her. provided that the fish are OK and the filter still does not work. The filter is probably due to his work cleaning the tank. Just remember clean the tank and filter regularly. And make sure you do not what is undesirable chemicals in it. Oh yah one last thing I'm sorry. could have been a certain chemical that u put in the tank you put in your fish. But only one.
