What is your opinion on Fiber One food products?

I really like the taste of the Fiber one cereals, pop tarts, and granola bars. I understand that they are not the perfect food. But are they really a better option the the regular pop tarts, granola bars, etc?

They are delicious and an easy way to get more fiber into your diet. However, they were a bit rough on my digestive system…..

I think they’re probably better for you than the alternatives you mentioned.
