How does a pump work a source of the soda machine?

I can pump Flojet CO2 or electric propulsion. I try to drink DIY dispensing machine, but I have in my hands a real bomb and I want to know how to "trigger" of the pump. Only the CO2 supplied when it is necessary to pump the liquid and there Constand CO2 pressure will pump and an electrical switch which when activated allows operation of the bomb?
