Also the lighting in both the reservoir of 55 liters of my stick?

I currently have 2 x 250W HQI DE (Metal Halide), 4x 65W Compact Fluorescent (Actin BLUE 10K). I am a 55-performance gallon. The whole system is 760W. Im not sure if this will damage my 55 gallons when I add plants because it is too light. Can anyone help and see what we should use for my light, for example MEtalHalides only or actinincs>>?
