Cheap New Marineland Emperor 400 filter?

Hello everyone, I need help. I bought a new emperor 400 filter impeccable week last 6 years my Emperor 400 dead (RIP). Well back to new. I have seen everything when I got was not built well.Dont seeps me wrong its great the best available, but the noise is killing me. If everything is good and I stripped to the bare bones twice and the usual noises stop.I hate to say this, but Marineland is get the price does not even understand the flow very good now! People told me to calm down once it receives all the "narrowing" of bacteria in a tank.Does Whether they are right? Ive even tried to run the player in olive oil extra virgin I have a Penguin 350 on the tank when I bought that olive oil worked and its very quiet. My water lvl is also correct.
