Level Control

Increasing the level of radon in W / control system already in place: Dangerous?
I'm about to buy a house has a radon control in place. The owner of the race in 2003, after installing the system and the level was 0.6 (very good). I just had another test done as part of my home inspection and income levels of 1,7 / 2,0 (from two locations basement). I know it is still very low level of 4.0 on the acceptability "" But my concern is threefold during the Last 4 years. Could continue to grow at this pace? If yes, it is to get a bigger and better system? This a small house (950 m2) and the opinion of the inspector, it is a good system for a house this size. (If they had was 2.0 principle, I am not affected, but the increase was worried.) Any experience or knowledge of this would be welcome – Thanks!
One of the things probably not be able to know how determined the level of 0.6. What kind of test? If you take in the cellar? What was level to begin? Terms of basement, etc. radon levels vary from day to day. A decrease in the rate of reduction systems can be attributed to problems sealing around the vent pipe (s) input on the concrete floor. This would reduce the ability to achieve fans around the basement square footage. If the seal is not a problem then a second suction point or agencies outside the system Current undoubtedly reduce the level somemore. Or add a big fan is another option. In my experience, unless you have some serious cracks are increasing levels in the concrete floor of radon will not rise. I think a 1.2pCi / L in increasing its level and not worry if it raises your system can be optimized and easy to stay below 1PCI / L. The best way to assess your level, if you buy the house is testing long period of 30 days a year to take a better look at their average level over time.
