How long flouresent bulbs? Mine were in my kitchen for over 8 years?

Is it supposed to last this time? I I realize it's a strange question, but I did not know that the bulbs can last so long? How long should I wait past? They are 18 meters high, I like the idea of my husband changed out, lol. Hmmm. Well, actually, is when we moved, and the former owners said they had not changed, so that its potential could be more than 8 years. wow. You buy more than one scale.

This question made me LOL! I think if you are lasting this long count your blessings so that her husband did not climb a ladder of change. If you buy a ladder, let me know what is beyond the beginning … could be that mice Einstein resumed some bulbs and found a way to make electricity! HA! J / K. .. I would not worry, nothing bad could come from long-term light bulbs:)
