How many fish can I put in an aquarium of 120 gallons?

Hello, I wondered how many fish you can put in an aquarium of 120 gallons, with the live well together? For now I have 1 Red Oscar (5 inches), 1 Albino Oscar (5 inches), and an assortment of 5 different cycles. (which are part 4-5 inches) I just wanted to add 2-3 .. more fish The fish that I wanted to add, has been the 1 tire eel (not a true eel) and two bichirs .. Do you think these fish are not crowded in my aquarium 120 gallons? I have an excellent filtration. He 2 Magnum 350 Filter Cartridges, 1 Marineland Emperor 350 bio-filter hanging wheels, and 1 Marineland Emperor 400 bio-wheel filter suspended. This makes a total of approximately 1,400 gallons per hour of cleaning power. So with this in mind Please give me your opinion .. Thank you very much, I hope your opinions!

Mike, I think it will overload. The rule is not one inch of fish per gallon … His one cubic inch of fish per gallon. (length x width (or thickness) x height), people really need obtain and read the sticky monsterfishkeepers.com "one inch per gallon" rule clarification. an Oscar needs only 75 gallons for itself. I would say it is fully equipped with two Oscars, and 5 "cichlids different" now. "I did not add more fish, their Biolo would be too big and you have a problem of controlling nitrate levels with all the crap food and settled on the bottom. Oscars are very messy fish and produce large quantities of waste as it is because their full capacity for a long walk each. If you want to add more fish that is being day at least 200 gallons. You said that filter 1400 gallons per hour, right? If the tank is more than 10 times per hour, which is fantastic, but the numbers you will find on the quantity of a filter becomes more than an hour is classified in a vacuum filter. DONT take account of the media inside .. ie my Fluval FX5 convert more than 900 gallons per hour, but the media will move to the inner reality that 600 GPH. thus Keep this in mind. I just wouldnt add more fish unless you get rid of a few who really pay attention to do not add what we really love.
