What a fun an interesting topic to teach children in elementary school?

For the current college, I take it, we teach 5, 1 one-hour classes after school in a program. The children were in school all day, it must be something to take attention and be fun. Topics include insects, nutrition, weather and tips on the ocean. I want to do something that I think I could do art classes so that every child can be creative.
