What you recommed for a tank of 15-20 liters?
I think maybe get a 15 gallon or 20 gallon tank, and I wanted just wondering what filter you recommend. I expected to find one – Penn Plax Cascade Power Filter 80 Tetra Whisper Power Filter 20 or a Marineland Penguin 100B Power Filter. I like the idea of a filter to look like a cascade. If I get one of these filters I need a powerhead or an Air Pump? What are those, anyway? What kind of heater I need an installation of Fresh Water? I think taking 6 neon tetras, 2 dwarf gourami, 2 affinis otocinlus and 3 Harlequin Rasbora (and if all goes well for them I'll add more Rasboras 2-3). Thank you all in advance.
