How do I get my coralline algae on bare rock and coral and bugs live for my sand?

I have a few areas larrge peices dry white and blue coral, sand and rock me, but theres no life or beneficial bacteria id like to know how can I get the Coral Rock and be covered in many Coraline and how do I get copeops micro-organisms and small insects in the sand and good bacteria and prosperous

The best way is to add a piece of Live Rock with coralline algae Nice on it. then add calcium to the water will grow. As nothing other than the addition of chemicals which is always the best way forward. Introducing another piece of coral rock as he and then gioving proper lighting and enough calcium to develop and disseminate other rocks. coralline algae that hates white light, but he likes the light Actinic So if you have no other species in need of white light in the tank yet published the blue light will corals grow faster.
