Submersible Heaters

What a good submersible heaters? What do you suggest / recommend?

I have a width 40 gallons, with 2 ear sliders IR. Unfortunately, I have to get another heater for the last time I had (for a week only) has been broken. It was a Visi-Therm Deluxe 200 Watt. Wine really broke and could not raise or lower the temperature …. I could turn the wheel too hard or something, but the temperature was set at 74 years and I used and was well. when suddenly one day I realized the heater no longer works. I do not know why. Maybe my spicy Turtle Bay has too? Not sure. So now I have to get another heater and want to make sure it is good for a long time. What / do you recommend? thank you for your time!

That Once your turtle does not break. Stealth is not glass so it would best for your tank and off by itself if you leave the water and forget to unplug it.
