How do I prevent my tropical fish died?

I created a new tank for 2 weeks. We all put there for tropical fish and water have been tested on animals at home a week after setting the tank up. They said that water was so beautiful, we went to a good fish store and bought 4 danios as shop assistant said to start with some fish and danios said it was the best fish to start. We have facilitated them in the tank slowly and were well in the tank for 6 days. When I woke up This morning one of them was killed and the other 3 seems to be death. The remaining fish are floating at the top of the tank and can not well swim. You do not want the rest to die. I do not know what I did wrong with the tank as I have done all right I think. Does anyone know what might be the problem and how can I prevent others from dying? Thank you for all your help.
